This is something that I have been thinking about doing. The goal is to feel more human again, less entrenched in digital and social media. Spend more time getting into the prose of a good book, or more time touching wood and building something with my hands. My time wasted in Facebook and Instagram is pointless, especially reflecting back. Will it really matter what you posted or the number of likes you get? I don’t think so.
